ROOF EXTRACTORS

We supply the roof mounted turbo ventilators. it runs without motors, this is the reason it is called natural extractors also, as it rotates without any power and it has zero electricity consumption. No motor or panel is required for this. it is generally attached with frp based and is placed over the work shop roof. workshopd having higher temperature generates temerature or density ingradient with surrounding ambient temperature, which propells the ventilator to rotate and during this process it extracts air from inside the work shop and throw out to atmosphere.

Construction and Working : The fan has cup shaped airfoil for trapping air and forcing it at the same time on the leeward side to continuously ventilate any area. Motors drive the Roof Extractor and the turbines, while the turbines run due to applied energy from wind velocity for increasing centrifugal action of wind. The force produced here causes a low pressure region to develop and this is responsible for driving air out the turbine. The drawn out air is continuously replaced by fresh air through the ventilation fans
